Availability can change. Not every asset is available on every network. The deposit screen shows the live asset–network pairing. Always match the asset and network before sending a transfer.

Wallets and Fiat View
Wallets are per-coin. Players can enable, hide, and sort wallets. If a hidden wallet receives funds, it resurfaces automatically.
Fiat view displays an estimated currency value for balances. Rates come from third-party providers and change over time. Fiat view does not change the deposit or withdrawal currency.

Buy Crypto with a Third-Party
Players can buy cryptocurrency using an on-ramp. Supported providers include MoonPay and Swapped. These providers handle identity checks, payment methods, limits, pricing, and fees. The platform credits funds only after the on-chain transfer arrives and reaches the required confirmations.
How it works
- Open the deposit screen. Select the asset and the correct network.
- Copy the deposit address and any required
memo/tag. - In MoonPay or Swapped, choose send to an external address (if offered).
- Paste the address and include the
memo/tagexactly as shown. - Complete payment with the provider. Track the TXID after broadcast.
If external sends are not supported, buy to a self-custody wallet first, then send on-chain to the deposit address using the same asset and network.
- Provider fees and limits are separate from blockchain fees.
- Off-platform holds or refunds are handled by the provider.

Withdrawals leave the platform as on-chain transfers. The platform sets no maximum withdrawal limit. Minimums and network fees vary by asset and network and appear on the withdrawal screen before confirmation. On-chain transfers are final after broadcast.

TXID and Blockchain Tracking
A TXID is the transaction hash on the selected network. It identifies the transfer on-chain.

- Paste the TXID to view confirmations and movement.
- Verify the destination address and any memo/tag when applicable.
Memos and Destination Tags
Some assets and networks require a memo or destination tag. The screen shows this requirement when it applies.
- Include the memo/tag exactly as shown.
- Missing or incorrect values can delay or prevent automatic credit.
- Recovery of mis-sent funds depends on the network and the receiving party.
- Support can advise when the correct data is provided.
Common Issues and Fixes
- Wrong network. Recheck the asset–network pairing shown on the deposit or withdrawal screen.
- Missing memo/tag. Confirm whether a memo/tag is required and provide it if missing.
- Address format error. Use the copy function and avoid manual typing.
- Exchange-side hold. The sending platform can delay a transfer outside this service.
- Network congestion. Fees and times can rise when a chain is busy.
Limits, Velocity, and Security Checks
