Fiat view displays an estimated currency value for balances. Rates come from third-party providers and change over time. Fiat view does not change the deposit or withdrawal currency.

Deposits

Deposits credit after the selected network confirms the transaction. Times depend on the network. Minimums can apply per asset and network.

Deposit steps

  1. Select the asset.
  2. Select the correct network.
  3. Copy the deposit address.
  4. Copy the memo or destination tag if the screen shows it.
  5. Send funds from an external wallet or exchange.
  6. Wait for network confirmations. Credit posts after the threshold.

Deposit do’s and don’ts

  • Match asset and network before sending.
  • Copy the address and any memo/tag as shown.
  • Send from a wallet that supports the chosen network.
  • Avoid manual typing of long strings.
  • Allow time for network confirmations.

Buy Crypto with a Third-Party

Players can buy cryptocurrency using an on-ramp. Supported providers include MoonPay and Swapped. These providers handle identity checks, payment methods, limits, pricing, and fees. The platform credits funds only after the on-chain transfer arrives and reaches the required confirmations.

How it works

  1. Open the deposit screen. Select the asset and the correct network.
  2. Copy the deposit address and any required memo/tag.
  3. In MoonPay or Swapped, choose send to an external address (if offered).
  4. Paste the address and include the memo/tag exactly as shown.
  5. Complete payment with the provider. Track the TXID after broadcast.

If external sends are not supported, buy to a self-custody wallet first, then send on-chain to the deposit address using the same asset and network.

  • Provider fees and limits are separate from blockchain fees.
  • Off-platform holds or refunds are handled by the provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals leave the platform as on-chain transfers. The platform sets no maximum withdrawal limit. Minimums and network fees vary by asset and network and appear on the withdrawal screen before confirmation. On-chain transfers are final after broadcast.

Withdrawal steps

  1. Paste the destination address.
  2. Select the correct network.
  3. Add the memo/tag if the destination requires it.
  4. Review the minimum and the network fee on screen.
  5. Submit the withdrawal.
  6. Track the request in Transactions.

Processing and Status

Payment status appears in the account’s Transactions view. Labels indicate progress from request to finality.

Confirmation thresholds vary by network. The UI shows progress once a TXID exists.

TXID and Blockchain Tracking

A TXID is the transaction hash on the selected network. It identifies the transfer on-chain.

  • Find the TXID in Transactions after broadcast.
  • Open a blockchain explorer for the selected network.
  • Paste the TXID to view confirmations and movement.
  • Verify the destination address and any memo/tag when applicable.

Memos and Destination Tags

Some assets and networks require a memo or destination tag. The screen shows this requirement when it applies.

  • Include the memo/tag exactly as shown.
  • Missing or incorrect values can delay or prevent automatic credit.
  • Recovery of mis-sent funds depends on the network and the receiving party.
  • Support can advise when the correct data is provided.

Common Issues and Fixes

  • Wrong network. Recheck the asset–network pairing shown on the deposit or withdrawal screen.
  • Missing memo/tag. Confirm whether a memo/tag is required and provide it if missing.
  • Address format error. Use the copy function and avoid manual typing.
  • Exchange-side hold. The sending platform can delay a transfer outside this service.
  • Network congestion. Fees and times can rise when a chain is busy.

Limits, Velocity, and Security Checks

  • The platform sets no maximum withdrawal limit.
  • Per-transaction minimums apply per asset and network and appear on the withdrawal screen.
  • Security checks can add short delays to protect the account.
  • Repeated failed attempts or location issues can trigger access restrictions.
